All subscription plans are billed monthly on the same date each month. You'll receive an email reminder before each billing cycle. Payment is automatically processed using your preferred method on file.

Yes! There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time with at least 5 days notice before your next scheduled service date. Simply contact us and we'll take care of it.

We monitor weather conditions closely. If severe weather prevents us from safely completing your service, we'll reschedule for the next available business day. We'll always communicate any schedule changes with you in advance.

Properties over 0.30 acres require a custom quote. Contact us with your property details and we'll provide a personalized quote that reflects the size and specific needs of your property. Larger properties may qualify for additional services or discounts.

No problem! Just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled service, and we'll skip that visit without charging you. We understand life happens and offer flexibility for our subscribers.
